Who operates Rescate

Rescate is a trading name operated by Anthony Stepovoy, a sole proprietor. References to “Rescate,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms mean Anthony Stepovoy trading as Rescate. You can contact us at contact@rescate.site.

Our services

Rescate provides website design, redesign, and maintenance services for contractors and local service businesses, including the Website Check-Up, Homepage Rescue, Full Website Rescue, and Monthly Care Plan. The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline for your project are agreed between you and us before work begins.

Payments and billing

Our order process and payments are handled by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. When you buy a service, you are also agreeing to Paddle’s buyer terms. Paddle handles billing, payment processing, and the collection of any applicable taxes.

• One-time services (Website Check-Up, Homepage Rescue, Full Website Rescue) are billed as listed or as quoted for your project.
• The Monthly Care Plan is a recurring subscription billed monthly until cancelled.
• Prices marked “Starts at” are starting prices. The final price depends on the scope of your project and is confirmed before work begins.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and the content we need (text, photos, logins, business details) to complete your project.
• Make sure you own or have the rights to any materials you give us to use.
• Respond to requests for feedback and information in good time.

Intellectual property

Once your project is fully paid, you own the final website deliverables we create for you. We may keep copies for our records and may showcase the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to. Any third-party tools, fonts, or stock assets remain subject to their own licenses.

Cancellations and refunds

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, and refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to deliver high-quality results, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as a certain number of leads, calls, or search rankings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rescate is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
