Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services bought from Rescate (“Rescate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Because our services are custom design work rather than physical or off-the-shelf products, the terms below reflect how the work is delivered.
Payments and Merchant of Record
All payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Refunds, when due, are issued back to your original payment method through Paddle.
Website Check-Up
The Website Check-Up is a one-time review. Because the work (reviewing your site and preparing your report) is delivered shortly after purchase, it is non-refundable once the review has been delivered. If you change your mind before we start, contact us at contact@rescate.site for a full refund.
Homepage Rescue and Full Website Rescue
- Before work begins, you can cancel for a full refund of any deposit or payment made.
- Once work has started, refunds are based on the amount of work completed. We will refund any portion of your payment that covers work not yet done.
- Once the project is delivered and approved, payments are non-refundable.
Monthly Care Plan
The Monthly Care Plan is a recurring subscription. You can cancel at any time, and you will not be billed again after cancellation. Payments for the current billing period are non-refundable, but you keep access to the service through the end of that period.
